Noah McGinnis is a Army combat veteran & Co-Founder of Operation Barber Company. Noah began his love for cutting hair when he was 16 years old, and continued this while deployed with his company during combat operations in Afghanistan. After his discharge from service, Noah graduated with a bachelors degree in communications from the University of Tennessee. Upon graduating, Noah wanted to return the joy of visitng a traditional men's barbershop to the sevier county area.

Jeremy Loveday is a master barber and Co-Owner of Operation Barber Company. He grew up in and loves the Sevier County/Great Smokey Mountains community. When asked why he became a barber his answer was simply: "The lack of a good haircut, the relational aspect of barbering, and creativity."
Anthony Singler

Anthony was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. After graduating high school he moved to Tennessee to attend college at LMU. While in college he started going to a local barber shop and fell in love with the atmosphere and tradition of barbering. After earning his bachelor in business he decided to attend barber school and serving the Sevier County community soon after.

Ryan was born and raised in Knoxville, TN. When we asked him why he loves being a barber, he answered "I always loved going to the barber shop as a kid. Just being around those guys and listening to the stories, the jokes and laughter, even the smells of the shop stuck with me and made me want to work in that environment. It's a great feeling walking out of the shop with a fresh, nice haircut. It can change your whole day for the better and I like being a part of that."
